This story went from never receiving straight to heaven extreme, to then receiving straight to heaven instead of straight to heaven extreme with a 10ml of love don't be shy as make up for their mix up. Then they offered me to return the S.T.H 60ml as an exchange for S.T.H.E. but I didn't want to go through the hassle, so I reached out to them. Next I received a 10ml of S.T.H.E. and got stuck with a scent I never asked for. Both scents are pretty good. I just wish I had received what I paid for from the beginning. But both scents aren't to far apart in smell. So I will just take the lost. But overall, their customer service is not terrible, I just think their short staff and growing rather rapidly. I want to continue doing business I just wish they would have other ways to communicate with customers, etc, etc.

My overall experience was better now that I recieved some of my order. My issue is a bit complicated, but I will take it for what it is. Now,about this scent I must say I am enjoying it. I will buy more, but I will wait to see if they get better with their shipping options first. I look forward to doing more business with this company because they do a great job with their oils! Trust me because I've been into smelling good for over 20 years.
